What if I can't fill my bag each week?

We anticipate that some weeks, the bags will be more full than other weeks and set the price as low as we have to accommodate this. Our bag size was chosen to cater for residential blocks of all sizes and there is no obligation for you to fill your bag! What you are paying for is the reliability of garden waste removal from your property each week.

Do you only offer weekly collection?

Yes. Our weekly garden waste collection service operates on a 6 month or 12 month subscription which is billed monthly. 

Can I have more than one bag?

Absolutely! And better yet, each bag after your initial subscription is slightly cheaper. So if you need more capacity, just log in, select how many bags you need and check out. We'll do the rest.

Where do I leave my bag on collection day?

It is preferable to leave your bag close to your driveway at the front of your property so one of our friendly staff can easily locate and collect it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

What if my bag breaks?

If the bag breaks through general use or over-wear, we will provide you with a fresh bag at no cost. If it is determined that what you placed in the bag was not suitable for the service resulting in its' damage, then a bag replacement fee may be incurred.

What if I lose my bag?

While using our service, you are responsible for your Ultimate Garden Bag. However, these bags are the property of Ultimate Garden Bags. If a bag is lost, it will incur a fee of $10.00. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.
